Indians are born marketers 

Hi friends as we know that from the day the child is born, Children will demand hell lots of things from there parents, I use to do the same, Due to the influence of my friends and their surrounding.

 They use to play with video games or riding bicycle and so on, and my desire was to get those things from my parents, As result, we have to prove our-self (SELLING) to them by getting good marks, homework or household activities then I can ask my parents to buy those things for me or extra time to play, pocket-money and list goes on.....

End of the day children are aware of how users utilize their parents to get their things done easily, As soon as I have completed my Secondary School exams summer vacations started rather wasting those time with my friends, I have taken up the job just to earn extra pocket money and know the value of money.

I believe most of the readers for my blog would agree with me or related their childhood like mine, same way what I have learned from my childhood about the marketing, As I am new blogger all I need your support please share the blogs and comment on it for improving the quality of content


Marketing is a broader term but I will make it simple for you I know the word market from my childhood. I use to go out for shopping with my parents and buy things from various shopkeepers and hawkers selling their various products, there various types of marketing which I came across from my childhood till now list goes on

Promotions: Promoting the product and services to get visibility in the public, kind of awareness to the mass best example: Superstar Shahrukh khan promoting his movie Holiday in the comedy show and various television shows.

Price Marketing:  In general terms, the middle-class family person will compare the price then buy the product. Most of the time, even I do the same when it comes to buying the clothes, or buying products online or buying inflated properties in Mumbai because the right pricing makes a huge difference while buying the products or services.

Product Marketing: Any product which made for selling to consumers at respective price is product marketing would be anything example : Tea, Coffee, Milk, Chocolate, etc

Place Marketing: Place plays important role in the marketing according to region we can target the customers with right product or services time to time example : Real Estate, Travelling Business, Hotels Business, Repair shops,Plumbing services, etc

Benefit Marketing : Benefit marketing is selling benefit of the products or services to acquire more customers to their existing brands example Pepsodent toothpaste advertisement  over the Colgate toothpaste advert showcasing more benefits over the competitor brands.

Brand Marketing :  Well known companies making products or services and have created goodwill in the market and want to enhance their product to get more customer using it to get brand loyalty to their products, simple way to promote their product or services by hiring famous actor or actress example Amitabh Bachchan selling Dabur chyawanprash, Priyanka Chopra selling Xpert dishwash or Salman Khan selling Wheel washing powder.

Banners Marketing : Small scale to Large scale companies do the banner marketing to get the product or services visible to all the places but mostly find in the villages and remote areas example
Hoardings of Colgate or Coco-Cola,Pepsi etc to create brand retention in the mind of the local people.

Billboard Marketing:  Large Scale companies prefer doing the billboard marketing to get the brand awareness and brand retention mostly done at public places.

Child Marketing : Companies taking newborn kids to advertise their products and services to create the emotion and feeling of the brands to the target audience.

Corporate Marketing : Organisation which make marketing strategies for other companies and promote their product and services only to other corporate companies example Xerox companies

Comparison Marketing : Companies compare the quality,features, specifications of their products and services with other companies name to differentiate their products.

Database Marketing : Small scale companies do the research and survey for the big scale companies to collect the database from the consumer for their new products and services to make the improvise their new product

Email Marketing : Companies send email to target group of audience to promote their products and services to get more sales.

Quality Marketing: Companies that focus more on the quality of their product and services by comparing to the rival companies' quality of the product.

Social media marketing: Any products and services promoted on the Social media platform on website like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Youtube, and many more website is know as social media marketing.

Sampling Marketing: Companies launch various New products and promoted them by doing the sampling to the local audience is known as sampling marketing.

Radio Marketing: MNC and Startup companies they use the marketing to reach the local and remote locations to promote their Brands and Promotion to the target audience

Newspaper Marketing: Vast reach of target audience at nominal cost compare to any other form of marketing, Mnc and Startup prefer to do it on a regular basis for the Brand retention and attract more customers for there current promotion. Example Jobs, Promotion, Real Estate etc

Television Marketing: Advertisement promoted on the television media to attract more  audience paid by the MNC and Startup for brand awareness and attract huge audience local and international. Most expensive medium of Marketing.

Mobile Marketing: Mobile Marketing is done through various channels like Emails, SMS, MMS, and social media if the target user is using smartphones.

Mouth to mouth Marketing: Terminology of mouth to mouth marketing is change by the MNC to NPS (Net Promoter Score) and each and every company are striving to have the best NPS in the market.
